2018 bucket list

Bucket List | 2018

Every new year is a chance to accomplish your unthinkables; the stuff your dream life is made of. Because of our fast-paced world and busy lives, we leave our true life desires in the back seats of our mind, but not this year. In twenty-eighteen, I want to live life to it’s fullest and I want to show Liam that although the world is full of dangers, it still has all its magic.

With that being said, I have decided that to keep myself accountable, I am going to share my twenty-eighteen bucket list with you all. This is different from my resolutions because my bucket list revolves around adventure and spellbinding experiences.

It is divided by season to make it more meaningful and because Winter runs from December 1 to February 28 I will begin with the most magical time of the year, in my opinion. I also only picked ten items per season because as new parents with an infant there are so many things we cannot do, but cannot wait to do when Liam is bigger.

So without further ado, say hello to my little bucket list.

– give our neighbors inspiring Christmas gifts
– go for a family hike in a new-to-us nature path
– be a real secret Santa to a person in need
– get an advent calendar
– get matching winter family pajamas
– perfect a unique winter breakfast and save the recipe
– read a winter-inspired book series (about three books)
– host a pajama friendsmas
– make a snow angel
– send out Christmas postcards

– make and fly a kite
– experience the cherry blossoms in bloom (DC)
– plant & grow an inside kitchen herb garden
– visit a botanical garden
– make a flower arrangement for living room
– give the children in my life Easter baskets
– decorate Easter eggs
– a family picnic in a park
– host an Easter brunch
– paint and flower pot with Liam and plant a flower to watch it grow

– make homemade popsicles
– build a sand castle
– beach bbq
– go strawberry picking
– go light with my hair
– get Liam a kiddie pool
– key west & fishing trip with friends
– make homemade sushi
– try a self-tanner
– get stingray tattoo

I had SO MUCH fun filling this bucket list out and imagining all the amazing new things we will be doing this upcoming year. Check back every now and then to see the items being checked off my list.
